New Northwest Florida Airport Breaks Ground
Groundbreaking ceremonies were held Nov. 1 for the Panama City – Bay County International Airport. Scheduled to open in late 2009 or early 2010, the airport will provide direct access to Northwest Florida’s meeting destinations, including Beaches of South Walton, Destin/Fort Walton Beach and Panama City.
